Le mas des Bories: a unique terroir

Le Mas des Bories, a few minutes from the hotel, owes its name to “bories”, the small stone houses that provide shelter to shepherds during the winter before they head to the Hautes Alpes with their flock of sheep in the spring.
The owners, Nico and Roxanne Derni, who passionately and carefully preserve traditional skills, extract top quality oil from their olives. These meet AOC specifications, which ensure that local traditions and techniques are being used.
When you visit the mas, you can try the oil that is made using Salonenque olives from Salon-de-Provence.
